I bought a car from Frank in Nov 2012 for my daughter (1st car). He is definitely a no BS kind of guy & probably not the friendliest however he sold us a great car which to this day my daughter drives, now with over 100k miles on it. My niece bought a car from him shortly thereafter & my sister in laws complaint was Frank's personality. My niece also still drives that car. Frankly, (no pun intended), I care more about the car these kids are driving in then is Frank is warm & fuzzy.
Just bought a used car from Frank. He's quick, efficient and honest. Frank is a stand up guy who will not bullshit you. He tells it like it is and holds a deep level of integrity. I would definitely recommend Frank and will be returning in the future.
I agree, bad service. Not only did the detail job take longer than promised he also tried to add it to my cost. The job was mediocre at best, he cut lots of corners trying to get the car back to me 'on time.'
I writing this post 4 years later because I am now in the market for another car for my 2nd daughter. I think it is only fair to comment on the quality of his used cars & so far I have been very pleased. I can not comment on his detailing side of business. I hope to purchase another solid car from him.
All you're gonna get from this guy is excuses and poor attitude. Talk about a rant? Man, you have a serious anger problem. Just the fact that you responded to a post entered more than a year ago speaks volumes about what an idiot you are. If you don't want to clean up after people's messes then get out of the detail business. Don't blame your lack of conscientious detail on the customer. When you respond publicly to an unhappy customer's complaint regarding unsatisfactory service YOU PROVIDED, and then lay the blame on that customer, YOU ARE SO DONE.
