I will stick with the Freehold Raceway Carwash on 537 in Freehold. No more lunchtime excursions to save time. It was more trouble than it was worth.
this used to be the best in Monmouth County. Last 3 or so times I went, I was disappointed. While waiting for my car the other day, 2 other customers had the same opinion. I can't remember when I noticed the decline, but I feel they are going down hill. Car doesn't seem as shiny and I always get the same wash/finish. Has there been a change of owner/manager or something????
I would have brought all of this to ownerships attention at the time, but it seriously took me 40 minutes from beginning to end to get it washed. They have this inefficient process of lining up the cars for drying and detailing that makes minimal sense. Lucky me, I got put to the front of one line while the workers were busy taking care of the first car in a second line. They apparently have to clear a line before they can get to the next line, so I got to wait for them to "fully detail" an BMW, an Escalade, and a Denali before they could come back up to start the next line.
I have been going here for a year and the past 3 months or so it has gone completely down hill. My car is never fully dried, vacuumed or even cleaned completely (dirt is always on the back of my car) and when i ask for an additional service I only seem to get part of it...ex., wheels are cleaned but no shine - even though it says on the board that shine is included. I paid for a year long membership and it will expire in November. I won't be renewing. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
Best place to rent a vehicle. Competitive prices, friendly service, clean neat vehicles!
awful service, I tried calling ALL DAY to get ahold of someone and no one answered at ANY TIME in the day - not recommending this place at all
This place is absolutely horrible. From beginning to end an absolute terrible job. I brought my car there today and got the "Ultimate." For the $9 more that it cost to go that route, I would expect that my car should be clean upon departure. My tires are shiny, but that is about the only part of my car that looks like it got cleaned. My sideview mirrors are covered with grime, my front bumper is still full of grit, and my windshield still has birdcrap on it. It isn't like I am running over the car with a finetooth comb, either. Upon distant inspection, it looks a mess. As I was driving away I realized that the cleaning crew left about a quarter inch of water in my rubberized floor mats.
