Excellent overall experience. Our room was very comfortable and the owners were very hospitable. They make a fresh (different) breakfast every morning and even gave us a ride to the train station at the end of our trip. I highly advise staying at Ashling if you are in the Spring Lake area.
We loved this place. Peter and Linda were wonderful host and hostess. Our rooms were comfortable and quiet. The food was very good. Less than two blocks from the beach, less than one from Spring Lake. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else when we come to the North Jersey shore.
the manager was so nice on the phone , i had asked if she had breakfast and she so helpful to me. Anytime I need help they come through!!!
