Very friendly staff, amazingly clean rooms as well! I stayed for two nights and loved every secind of it. It's very peaceful, and has a beautiful view of the most gorgeous lake in NJ. Oh, and it's about 4 blocks away from the beach. No complaints here, I highly recommend staying here.
The house was lovely, but all I did was sleep here. The AC vents are in the wall by the ceiling and blew on my head all night, so every time the air came on, it woke me up. I was too tired in the morning for breakfast. The location is good, parking can be challenging. For $131, I'll try somewhere else next time. Clientele age is 50+.

Todd was very helpful and personable. Clean room. Balcony room has great sunrise views. I would recommend for sure. Nice change from hotel chains.
Super welcoming and helpful staff. Heated pool. Charming rooms, some with a balcony. Not a full service hotel. No one at the desk at night. A couple of housekeeping issues noted. Limited cold breakfast. The coffee shop in town offers a great breakfast.
