We got married here about three years ago and it was fantastic. We like to go about once a year to the restaurant. Susan and every one there are great. We went this year and just hung out and took some pictures trying to recreate shots from our wedding to celebrate our anniversary and they were very accommodating gave us no issue.
The decor in the lounge and final exterior made it obvious that this was a place tailored for wedding events. For what we got and based on our experience, I'll visit again.
We visit every year and stay about a week there. The staff is very welcoming Rooms are nice and clean and the pool area is great for the kids. Beautiful atmosphere with garden type views great for weddings and sweet sixteens. My kids love it. Breakfast and dinner service is really nice too food is great and they have a good selection on menu items. All in all I will continue to visit as it is now our yearly tradition.
Spent a night here with my family. Rooms were alright - bathroom could use some upgrading though! We expected hot breakfast but was offered continental instead. Was a bit disappointed, but the offerings for continental were good, and the staff at breakfast were very accommodating. I think they have this schedule on times of the year when guests are offered hot vs continental menus.
Checked out the location for a wedding venue, very nice but unsure if I will book. The location looks much nicer on the inside than when you pass it on rt 71 but the outdoor ceremony location on site leave some to be desired. Your guests will be seated next to and almost on top of the pool which only gives them a side view of the ceremony.
Thanksgiving Buffet dinner was disappointing. How can you not serve string bean casserole and candied yams. Vegetables in general were bland. Caesar salad limp. Basically we felt like we were at a diner. Dessert better than main course.
